Our Approach
We provide all initial advice and guidance to a client through one of our licensed insolvency practitioners, who individually, hold the required qualifications to act in any formal assignment and are licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
We do not use intermediaries in the provision of our services and it will always be a partner of CFS Restructuring LLP that provides you with the advice on all of the options that are available to you for consideration. We will, if requested, put our advice in writing, all of which will be part of our free of charge consultation and, in the event that should you choose to instruct CFS Restructuring LLP on any formal matter, we will agree our professional fees with you in advance of commencing the required work.
Our partners have over 100 years’ experience between them and continue to work on assignments of varying sizes.
We are business owners ourselves and fully understand the issues that are faced on a daily basis, so if you have any concerns about the affairs of your Company, get in touch with one of our licensed insolvency practitioners for free one to one advice today. If you are concerned that you will be pressured into making a decision about your Company’s affairs, all we can say is don’t be. We will always allow a client sufficient time after the provision of any advice to determine which way they
would like to proceed.
Professional Standards
CFS is proud to have adopted the codes of conduct and ethics policies and professional standards of the IPA and continue to maintain their high levels.
As part of this process we ensure that our clients have complete transparency and clearly set out what we are engaged to achieve and the outcomes you can expect from our engagement.
